ABOUT
As children of two U.S. Army sergeants, twin brothers and pro football players Aaron Jones and Alvin Jones Jr. were familiar with change. The constant in their lives was their family’s commitment to giving back.
Aaron and Alvin always joined their parents during volunteer opportunities and learned from a young age the importance of their contributions. Together, they lent a hand in soup kitchens serving Thanksgiving Day meals, participated in community service throughout high school, assisted with fundraisers, and more. Now, with a larger platform to effect change, Aaron and Alvin started the A&A All The Way Foundation in 2020 to support children and families all the way.
AARON JONES
Aaron Jones is currently a National Football League running back for the Minnesota Vikings. He played college football at UTEP and was drafted by the Packers in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Aaron led the NFL in yards per carry with 5.5 yards per attempt in his second year in the league. To date, he has over 2,000 rushing yards in the regular season and 36 touchdowns. In 2021, Aaron was nominated for the prestigious Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year award for his charity work and excellence on the field.

His 343 career tackles with the Miners are second-most in program history since the 2000 season. His 40.0 career tackles for loss rank third and 15.0 sacks tie for fourth at UTEP. VURGESS JONES

Since then, Vurgess has dedicated her time to supporting Aaron and Alvin both on the field and off the field in all that they do. With Aaron and Alvin’s guidance, Vurgess handles the day-to-day operations of the foundation with the help of her daughter Chelsi. Funds raised throughout the year are used to support children in military families, host free football camps, and distribute turkeys, bikes, and shoes in both the El Paso, TX and Wisconsin communities.
CHELSI’RAE WALKER

She is the proud mom of Skylar, and enjoys podcasting, coaching and painting. Chelsi grew up volunteering with girl scouts and children's hospitals while also helping her family give back to the youth in the local community and communities where her brothers play.
ALVIN JONES, SR.
For 29 years, Alvin Sr. served in the US Army before retiring in 2013. His retirement was spent with family, traveling the country to watch Aaron and Alvin play football. He never missed a game. Nothing was more important than God, family and giving back. One of the highlights each year was hosting a free football camp to youth in El Paso. In 2021, at the age of 57, Alvin Sr. passed away from COVID-19 complications. The Jones family is fueled by his memory to make a difference in the lives of others.
